My name is Manfred Prem. I am a passionate craftsman and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in construction, renovation, and high-quality interior design. Early on, I realized that spaces not only change living but also the feeling of life.
In Austria, I have planned, implemented, and accompanied numerous projects—always with the aim of harmonizing quality, functionality, and economic efficiency.
As the founder and managing director of Kreativlösungen, I have realized these values in many successful construction and furnishing projects.
With MPVault Import Export, I am taking the next strategic step: offering high-quality, certified products and expanding production and trade internationally—for business clients and end consumers. At the center of this expansion is a strong, reliable location: Vietnam.
Our Model: Development in Europe – Manufacturing in Vietnam
Product development and research take place in Austria and, depending on project requirements and specialization, also in Vietnam. For further development and series production, we cooperate directly with selected, certified partner companies in Vietnam. This way, we combine:

We also offer this infrastructure to European companies—for procurement, manufacturing, or brand development.
